What's covered in the warranty:
We warrant our Cottontop Duck Calls against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year. Cottontop Outdoors handles every claim or call repair directly. At our discretion, Cottontop Outdoors will replace or repair any call determined to have a manufacturer’s defect for up to 1 year from purchase date. Reasonable repair charges will be imposed if repairs are needed as result of accidental damage, misuse or abuse, or any other problems determined not to be considered a manufacturer’s defect.
All Cottontop Outdoors duck calls are covered by a lifetime service warranty, whether or not you are the original owner. This service includes tuning and polishing of all duck calls. Customer will pay for all shipping charges.
Cottontop Outdoors duck calls are made from high-grade wood: Hedge, Padauk, Bocote, Cocobolo, and Blackwood; every wood call is covered against any cracking within the first 30 days of original purchase. Customer must provide proof of purchase with receipt.
What is NOT covered:
- Wood call clear coat. We use high quality clear coats, but they will wear over time.
- Cork and Reeds
- Missing or lost call parts
- Broken cork tabs
LIFETIME TUNING!!
We offer LIFETIME TUNING on all our duck calls. The customer must provide their own shipping to Cottontop HQ for all call tuning along with return shipping label.
