Return Policy

ALL COTTONTOP DUCK CALLS

All duck calls must be returned or exchanged within 14 days after purchase with receipt. The customer must provide their own shipping to Cottontop HQ for all returns. All exchanges must also include a return to customer shipping label. 

Authorized return carriers: USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We DO NOT accept any returns with the reason “does not fit my calling style”, or anything along those lines.

We accept any returns or exchanges within 30 days with proof of purchase for the following items:

• Cottontop Brand Series Trucker
• Brand Series Camo Trucker
• Cottontop “C” Decal
• Cottontop Decal
• Cottontop Quack Sack

We DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges for the following:

• Cottotop Reed Kit
