To access this warranty, please fill out the Retune Request at the link below and provide a copy of the original receipt. If you are unable to provide a copy of the receipt, please either provide a picture of your call or contact support.
Please allow for a minimum of 7 - 10 business days for all Retune Requests. You will receive an email when we receive your request, your duck call has been received by our warehouse team, and another email when your duck call has been retuned and shipped back to you.
We work with multiple small businesses across the USA so that each duck call is Made in America. They are hand built in Texas under intense scrutiny and shipping from our HQ. You'll be able to see the care we put into our products when you receive a Cottontop package.
